Blown Film Extrusion
Resin extruded to the exact micron and width the bag calls for — the stage that decides strength.
Extrusion, printing, cutting and packing under one roof in Bangalore — and the reason we brought all four of them in-house.
Not a launch date and a mission statement — the five decisions that actually shaped what we can make today.
A bag used for twenty minutes was surviving for two hundred years. Retailers wanted to do better and could not find a bag that was genuinely compostable, actually strong, and priced for daily use.
A blown film extrusion line set up for compostable resin — not polythene — and the months of trial runs it took to get the strength right.
Flexographic printing brought onto the same floor, so artwork, proofing and the compostable markings stop being somebody else’s lead time.
Non-woven and BOPP laminated box bags added alongside the bio range, so one supplier covers a whole store.
Two offices — Bangalore and Madurai — supplying Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh by road and rail.
Click a stage to see what happens in it. Nothing here is sub-contracted — which is why we can change a micron or a print without renegotiating with somebody else.
Compostable resin, non-woven fabric and BOPP film arrive in batches and are checked before they reach the floor.
Four groups of machinery. Between them they cover every bag on the products page, in-house, from resin to carton.

Multi-colour printing of your logo, store details and the statutory markings, registered face to face.
Rotary D-cut patch handles and automatic W-cut vest lines running continuously at high output.
Spunbond fabric through ultrasonic and stitching stations; side and bottom gusset forming for box bags.
This is the bio line, in five stages on our own floor — the non-woven and BOPP box bags run alongside it in their own formats. The reel plays itself, or pick a stage and hold it there.

Plant-based resin arrives in batches and is checked before a single granule reaches the extruder. No polythene goes into a bio bag.
Compostable is an easy word to print on a bag. These are the four things we will put in writing.
Every resin batch is checked before it reaches the floor. Test documents are available on request.
Load, seal and thickness are sampled through the run, not signed off at the end of it.
The micron and GSM on the quotation is the micron and GSM in the carton.
A dispatch date is confirmed when the order is placed, and we tell you early if anything moves.
Material test and certification documents are shared on request — ask the sales desk on +91 96111 64479.
Visitors are welcome at the Bangalore plant. Or ask for a sample and judge the bag before the factory.
